White Chocolate Hot Cocoa
I'm a total sucker for white hot cocoa. Especially when it's raining outside and I have the fireplace on. I always get into my comfiest house outfit and make a big cup of hot cocoa. I let Lily eat all the whipped cream off the top and she always throws in a bunch of marshmallows so they get all "melty" and delicious. The first time I had white hot cocoa I was in pure heaven. If you haven't tried it before, it's creamy, sweet, and extremely decadent. Recipe is below!

White Hot Cocoa
(2 servings)

Ingredients
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 cups half-and-half (or 2% milk)
Whipped Cream
White chocolate shavings (garnish)

Directions
1. In a saucepan combine white chocolate chips and heavy cream over medium heat. Stir continuously your white chocolate chips have melted then stir in the half-and-half, and add your vanilla extract.

2. Continue to stir your white cocoa until everything is completely heated through. Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream and some chocolate shavings. Serve hot.
