Quick Pumpkin Parfaits

Ingredients
1 3/4 cups cold milk
1 4oz box vanilla instant pudding mix
1 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
4 tablespoons white granulated sugar
2 cups heavy whipping cream

Directions
1. In a medium bowl, combine milk and vanilla pudding mix with whisk for about 2 minutes. Stir in the pumpkin and the pumpkin pie spice and refrigerate until your whipped cream is ready.

2. Place a metal mixing bowl and a metal whisk (or beaters from hand mixer) in the freezer for 10 minutes, before you start whipping your cream.

3. Remove bowl from freezer and combine sugar and whipping cream. Whisk on medium-high just until the cream reaches stiff peaks. Do not overbeat.
