Peanut Butter Protein Granola Pancakes
Ingredients for Pancakes
1/2 Cup Krusteaz Pancake Mix
3/4 Cup Water
1 tsp vanilla protein powder
1/4 Cup Bear Naked Honey Almond Protein Granola
1 tbs Creamy Skippy Natural Peanut Butter
Ingredients for Topping
1/4 cup peanut butter (heated up)
1/4 cup Bear Naked Honey Almond Protein Granola
1. Combine Pancake Mix and Water. Stir in protein powder, granola and melted peanut butter. Mix to combine. If your batter is a little thick, add another tsp. of water.
2. Heat a non-stick griddle or pan to medium-low heat and pour your pancake batter on the griddle. Non-stick pans with no spray or butter make the prettiest pancakes FYI!
3. Wait until small little bubbles come to the top of the pancake and once they pop, flip that sucker over and wait another minute or two before transferring to a plate.
4. Melt your remaining 1/4 cup peanut butter in the microwave for 35 seconds until it's melted and pour over your pancake stack. Sprinkle with protein granola and serve hot.
